CXAUG Hosts First Knowledge Session on Customer Journey Mapping

On Saturday, 14th June 2025, the Customer Experience Association of Uganda (CXAUG) successfully held its first knowledge session, an engaging and practical masterclass on Customer Journey Mapping led by CX expert Charles Hageman.

The session brought together 12 enthusiastic participants for an interactive morning of learning and collaboration. Far from a typical theory-heavy workshop, this hands-on session allowed attendees to create a real-world journey map for a hospital setting, applying key CX principles in a tangible way.

By the end of the four-hour session, participants walked away not only with new skills and insights, but also with a Certificate of Participation to mark their achievement. It was a productive and energizing start to what promises to be a valuable series of knowledge-sharing events for our growing CX community.
